The management of the Ho Teaching Hospital in the Volta regional capital has officially distanced the facility from the sale of certain herbal medicines by unidentified individuals claiming to represent the Herbal Unit of Ho Teaching Hospital commonly known as Trafalgar.

In a statement released by the hospital’s management, it has come to their attention that some unscrupulous individuals are going around selling herbal products to the general public in the name of Trafalgar (Ho Teaching Hospital).

The hospital has clarified that the Herbal Unit of Ho Teaching Hospital only consults with and prescribes its products to the general public within the facility.

The management also emphasized that “no member of their team is authorized to sell any of their products outside the facility.”

As a result, the general public is strongly advised against purchasing any herbal products that claim to originate from the herbal unit of the Ho Teaching Hospital.
