As part of effort to ensure and maintain peace in the country, the Ghana Police have arrested one lbrahim Iddrissu Shummah who threatened to attack people from voting in the upcoming New Patriotic Party (NPP) Flag bearer elections.
The suspect, was seen in a viral video threatening to attack and prevent people from voting in the upcoming Flag bearer Elections of the New Patriotic Party in the Assin Central Constituency of the Central Region of Ghana.
The arrest was effected on Thursday, 26th October, 2023.
However, the suspect is currently in police custody assisting investigation.
